3. Product Information and Availability

We strive to ensure that all descriptions, photographs, and price of our products are accurate and up-to-date. However, due to the natural variations in flowers and minerals, actual products may differ slightly. All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of similar value and appearance.

For bespoke orders and event floristry, detailed consultations and agreements will be made separately, overriding some general clauses herein where specified.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our site are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement through the payment methods offered on our online platform. We use secure payment gateways for all transactions.

For event floristry, a deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due as per the agreed contract terms.

5. Delivery Policy

We offer delivery services for our floral arrangements and plants. Delivery charges vary based on location and will be clearly communicated during the checkout process. We aim to deliver within specified timeframes, but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

Gneiss Bloom is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations for standard floral arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.

For bespoke event floristry, cancellation policies will be outlined in the specific service agreement. Refunds for terrarium workshops will be subject to the terms specified at the time of booking.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, any issues with quality or condition must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence, for consideration of a replacement or refund.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the unique designs of our floral arrangements and products, is the property of Gneiss Bloom and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our site without our express written permission.
